Opened in 2009, CrossFit South Cobb is a family owned strength and conditioning facility located in the Smyrna, Vinings, and Marietta area that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from grandparents to elite athletes, and everything in between. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. CrossFit Kennesaw
At CrossFit Kennesaw, they strive to provide excellent coaching, an encouraging atmosphere, and a true community experience. All of their Coaches hold the Level 1 Certificate as well as certifications in other areas of expertise including Olympic Weightlifting, Kettlebell Instruction, and nutrition. All their new members with a two week Fundamentals Course to teach proper techniques for the movements done in CrossFit. Programming is done in house and is based on the members and equipment available. All classes are led by a Coach, and each class includes a group warm-up, strength work, and Metabolic Conditioning(the cardio portion). CrossFit Kennesaw wants all of their members to train safely, work hard, and have fun. They offer free trial classes to anyone interested in seeing how they do things.
